Robert Sheehan is an Irish actor. He portrays the role of Klaus Hargreeves/The Séance in the Netflix series The Umbrella Academy.
Biography[]
Robert was born in Portlaoise, County Laois, Ireland as the youngest of three children. He began his acting career in primary school, when he played Oliver in Oliver with a Twist. He also joined the Laois Open Door theater group. Since starting his career, Robert has starred in numerous television shows such as Foreign Exchange, Misfits and Love/Hate. He has also appeared in movies such as Cherrybomb, The Road Within and The Mortal Instruments. Most recently, he has portrayed Tom Natsworthy in the 2018 film, Mortal Engines and Sean Falco in Bad Samaritan.
During his career, Robert has been nominated for a BAFTA for his role as Nathan Young in Misfits and five IFTA (Irish Film & Television Academy) awards.
