Claire is the daughter of Patrick and Allison. In the current timeline, she is living with Allison and Raymond.

Biography

In the original timeline, Claire lived with her married parents, Patrick and Allison Hargreeves. Whenever she misbehaved, her mother would use her 'I heard a rumor' powers to get her to calm down. She liked hearing tales of the Umbrella Academy and would ask for them before bedtime. One evening when she claimed she wasn't tired and wanted yet another story, her mother used her power to get Claire to feel tired.

Unfortunately for their family, Patrick saw the whole thing and grew upset with Allison. When Claire's parents separated, Patrick won custody and refused to let Claire see her mother.

Due to her mother time-traveling to Dallas of 1963, she gained a step-father in Raymond Chestnut.

In the Sparrow timeline, the death of her grandmother before Allison's birth resulted in Claire being erased from existence. Her father Patrick was instead married to another woman and had a daughter roughly Claire's age.

Claire's existence was restored in the reset timeline, although her father appears to be Raymond Chestnut rather than Patrick.

Trivia

• Although Claire is mentioned by Allison in the comics, she only appears in-person in the Netflix series.
