Detective Eudora "Dora" Patch is a police officer. She was Diego's ex-partner and love interest back the police academy.

Detective Patch is introduced in the investigation at Griddy's Doughnuts. She questioned Agnes, who asks if she will have to go through the questioning again, when Patch asks what Agnes means, Agnes says she told a detective already. Patch eventually finds Diego and handcuffs him telling him not to question his witnesses. Later, at the police station, Patch tells Diego that if he breathes on one of her witnesses she would have to take him into custody. At another crime scene, Patch is about to report a man who had been electrocuted to death by Hazel and Cha-Cha, she is told that there was a shooting at a clothing store. There, she finds Diego on the investigation, and reminds him of what she said. He starts to explain the type of bullets used, but she cuts him off, telling him she knew that type of bullets used was odd. Later, after Hazel and Cha-Cha attack the home of the Umbrella Academy, Diego tells her that his mother, Grace, died, Diego also told her that his brother had been missing since the previous day. She apologizes for Grace's death, but after, Diego and her argue over what ways to do things. Diego told her to try things his way, and she apologizes for his mother's death again, and leaves. Eventually, she is called to investigate the fire that Hazel and Cha-Cha started at MeriTech. At the investigation, she sees a truck with the words "Your brother says hi" on it with a paper on it. She remembers what Diego says, and goes to the motel that the paper on the windshield said. She asked the man at the front desk to check the rooms,and he says that the customers at the motel get complete privacy. She calls Diego's job, telling the man that answered to tell Diego that she needed help, giving him the address of the motel. She eventually stopped waiting, and started looking through the windows of the rooms. Klaus, who Hazel and Cha-Cha had been torturing, sees her, and tried to get her attention by crying out for her, but the tape on his mouth muffled his cries. He eventually started banging his head on the table, getting her attention. Patch asked the motel clerk for the key to the room, and the motel clerk handed it over quickly, running down the hall away from the room. Patch opened the door, finding Klaus. She asked if he was Diego's brother, and he nodded. He cried again, pointing towards the bathroom with his head. She told him to be quite, and cut the tape on his wrists. He got up,talking the tape of his mouth, and opening the vents. She eventually fell into a trap meant for Five, and Cha-Cha got out of the room, standing behind Patch. Patch gets Hazel to drop his gun, telling him to put his hands behind his head, as he does this Cha-Cha shot Patch from behind. Diego eventually made it to the motel, finding Patch on the ground, bleeding from her chest. He tries to save her, but he got there too late, finding her when she was already dead. Diego asked her body why she didn't wait, and remembered what he had told her earlier that day. He eventually begins hunting Hazel and Cha-Cha down, planning in avenging Patch's death.
