Dolores was a mannequin that Number Five kept as his partner after he ran away from home and got stranded in the post-apocalyptic future. After he spent 50 years figuring out how to go back in time and gave up, he hallucinated Dolores telling him that he forgot to subtract a two from a one "like twelve years ago". He said goodbye to Dolores as he left for the day before he ran away.[1]
