Agnes Blones is a waitress working at Costello's.
Biography[]
Agnes was working at Costello's, serving coffee to Number Five and Phinneus Pogo, when three Temps Aeternalis agents entered the diner and confronted Number Five.[1] Agnes witnessed Number Five killing the agents, thanking her for the coffee, and leaving the diner. She was later interviewed by Inspector Lupo.[2]
Later, Agnes and the diner's cook were kidnapped to a hideout by Temps Aeternalis agents Hazel and Cha-Cha, where they tortured the cook for his pie recipe.[3] Hazel and Cha-Cha kidnapped Séance to the hideout and tortured him for Number Five's whereabouts, but only learned where Monocle's nuclear detonator was, after which they retrieved the detonator and killed him.[4] Agnes took the shoes off Séance's feet, as he had said that he didn't want to be caught dead in them, which allowed a revived Séance to possess Cha-Cha and kill both agents. Agnes was killed when the detonator, which Séance thought he had deactivated, reached the end of its countdown and the world was destroyed by nuclear weapons.[5] After the timeline was altered, preventing Monocle from ever getting the nuclear weapons from John F. Kennedy, it can be presumed that Agnes is alive.[6]
