So I think Allison is dead. Because everyone else "woke up" in the same place except her. And all their injuries were healed except hers (but she didn't seem to be in pain)

But now what we know about the afterlife/the void:

Klaus implied that everyone's void/afterlife/heaven is different - tailored to them. SO HERS WOULD BE WITH RAY AND CLAIRE AND IF THIS WAS THE REALITY/TIMELINE THE REST ARE IN CLAIRE MIGHT EXIST BUT RAY WOULD BE DEAD OR VERY OLD.

You don't feel pain in the void - she wasn't in pain from her injury at all
